Maksym Ofman

Bishopsland Fellow 2019-2021

Maksym graduated from the University of Brighton with a BA in 3D Design and Craft, where he focused on metalworking.

He takes ideas from history and folklore and studies historical artefacts, often used in rituals and spiritual activities, in search of inspiration for his pieces.

Maksym designs aesthetically pleasing work that is part of a deeper narrative, reinventing and reintroducing them back into our XXI century culture.
