Retrospective Exhibition & Awards, Saturday 19 July 2025
Join us for our end of year exhibition, where you can look around our workshops, see contemporary hand-crafted work produced by our current makers, and help us congratulate them as they receive their Certificates of Achievement.
Craft in Focus At Waterperry Gardens, 11-13 July 2025
Bishopsland will again have a large stand at the Desire Jewellery & Silversmithing Fair at Waterperry Gardens, Oxfordshire, from 11-13 July. Your ticket buys you entry to two fabulous events, as running alongside is Celebrating Ceramics 2025.

An opportunity to meet and chat with our hugely talented 2024/5 cohort and witness their development as we move towards the end of their intensive Bishopsland vocational skills training programme.
Buscot Open Workshop – 13 November
All Buscot residents are warmly invited to join us in our workshop to see the renovations we have completed so far, hear about our plans for the site, meet our staff and silversmiths, and find out more about our vocational programme.
Off the Wall Contemporary Art Fair 2024
An opportunity to see silversmithing and jewellery made by four Bishopsland alumni; Caitlin Murphy, Isabella Kelley, Yuyi Cheng, and Rebecca Oldfield. The art fair is at Discover Bucks Museum from 16 November to 15 December 2024.
National Trust Conservate conference – September 2024
We are delighted to be taking part in The National Trust’s Conservate conference on Friday 20 September, exploring the sustainability of heritage skills.
Bishopsland’s talk will focus specifically on excellence in vocational skills training.
Bishopsland pop-up at The Goldsmiths Centre – 20 June
To coincide with the Craft of Tea exhibition, we are holding a pop-up at the Goldsmiths Centre on 20 June from 4-8pm. Entry is free so please join us to view our current maker’s work and talk to them about their Bishopsland journey.
Bishopsland Retrospective Exhibition – July 2024
Join us at that the end-of-year Retrospective exhibition and celebration of the 2024 cohort’s achievements, from Thursday 11 until Saturday 13 July, at The Old Fire Station Gallery in Henley on Thames.

With the invaluable collaboration and support of Jacobs the Jewellers, the Goldsmiths’ Centre, and HS Walsh, this competition has become an integral part of the Bishopsland calendar.
