What do I need to apply?
You should have completed your art and design education to degree level (or equivalent), have a portfolio of designs and models, or work in progress.
Application process
Open days with an in-person interview will take place at our purpose-built site at Hills Yard, Buscot, in West Oxfordshire (part of the National Trust’s Heritage Skills Centre) on:
- Tuesday 20 January 2026
- Tuesday 3 February 2026
- Tuesday 10 February 2026
- Tuesday 17 March 2026
To register for one of the open days, please send your CV, a digital portfolio, and a covering letter detailing why you feel Bishopsland is right for you to c.murdoch@bishopsland.org.uk.
Please book in advance to attend an open day – please do not simply turn up on the day as we will not be able to fit you in.
