If you wish to return an item purchased online please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the item and please return to the maker within 7 days. Items must be in brand new, unworn condition in original packaging and sent via a signed for recorded service, unfortunately we will not be able to cover the cost of return postage. Please note that bespoke, altered or personalised items bought from the Bishopsland Online Shop are non-returnable.

Terms & Conditions
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase products, which if accepted by Bishopsland, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed. By using the website to buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and are consenting to these terms and conditions.
Availability
Unless stated all items on the online shop are in stock and will be delivered to you within 14 days of placing the order. If a product is unavailable the re-order time will normally be between 2-6 weeks. Please contact us for more information and delivery times.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact Bishopsland at bishopsland@bishopsland.org.uk as soon as possible within 14 days for return of the payment price, as indicated in the guarantee. We unfortunately will not be able to refund any postage costs incurred. Refunds will only be processed once the original Maker confirms receipt.
Pricing and Payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in GBP (British Pound Sterling), and payment can only be accepted in the same (GBP). Postage and packing within the UK is included, please see below for international postage charges.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

For products that require international shipping, we will email you as soon as your order has been shipped, and will advise of the shipping method at that time.
