Loucinda Nims

Bishopsland Fellow 2014-2015

Loucinda is a designer and silversmith, based in the west Berkshire countryside. Using traditional techniques, she creates contemporary silverware and jewellery, which are both simple and sensitive in design. Function is a significant part of her work. Her ethos is to make pieces that are beautiful to use, as well as look at. Each piece is hand-crafted to a high standard and hallmarked with her unique maker’s mark.
