The flowing lines of the silver streamer earrings were informed by the shapes found in calligraphy. These shapes have then been stretched and formed to create a more contemporary feel in these pretty drop earrings.

Sam Lack is a Nottingham-based jewellery designer and maker who recently graduated from De Montfort University with a BA(Hons) in Design Craft.

Combining his historical interests with the personal experiences of growing up in Nottingham, Lack uses precious metals to illustrate his inspiration, by transforming them into detailed sculptures and handmade jewellery.
