Handmade from three separately raised 925 silver elements. The top part is detachable for easier cleaning of the piece. Inspired by the tulip shaped Ottoman candle holders.

Bishopsland 2019-2021

Maksym graduated from the University of Brighton with a BA in 3D Design and Craft, where he followed the metal pathway and studied blacksmithing and silversmithing. He has honed his silversmithing skills during his time at Bishopsland.

Using historical artefacts as inspiration for his design, Maksym creates work which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also forms a narrative and a dialogue with its origins.
