Hanneke has always been fascinated by craftmanship and fine artwork. After obtaining a Master’s degree in Arabic literature she obtained a degree in contemporary jewellery design and followed with several courses in
diamond setting. Working with precious metals and expanding her knowledge of artisan techniques is where she found her passion and inner peace.

Her work is mainly inspired by her inner world of experience, while she tries to combine sober shapes and delicate workmanship.
